TR-Factor

This is how your TRC are calculated.

With every match, your players generate Tradar Credits (TRC) that you can smartly invest in new tokens, merchandise, or unique experiences.

We aim to ensure that the TRC distribution for each Player Token is fair and in proportion to its market value and performance. Therefore, we have introduced the TR-Factor. It can be calculated as follows:

TR-Factor = Signing price x League affiliation

The TR factor comprises the components of the player's signing price and league affiliation; therefore, our evaluation system is not the only value that factors into calculating your TRC. As the market value directly impacts the TRC distribution, it scales with the player's worth.

The two components of the TR-Factor

1. Tradar Tokenpreise/Marktwerte:

The basis for the TR-Factor is a player's token price. The higher a player's market value, the more expensive they are – hence, highly-rated players have an advantage in TRC distribution. Players with a lower market value generate fewer TRC, but their tokens can be acquired at a significantly lower cost.

2. League affiliation:

League affiliation is a simple multiplier and varies depending on how well the respective league has performed in European competitions over the last 5 years and whether it is a top, second, or even third-tier league in the respective country.

We use the UEFA 5-Year Club Coefficient as a basis, which provides an objective factor.

Calculation method for the TR-Factor: Total points in the 5-Year Club Coefficient / 10,000

Second and third leagues are considered with 2/3 and 1/3 of the annual value, respectively.

Calculation of TRC distribution

Below you will find an overview of the calculation for the new TRC payout:

TRC = TR-Factor x Match Performance x Number of Tokens

Assuming an identical investment amount, identical match performance, and the same league affiliation of players, the player tokens generate a similar amount of TRC. As illustrated in the example, the TRC payout is similar even though the player tokens have different signing prices and TR-Factors.

• The TR factor is rounded to 2 decimal places

• The minimum TR factor is 0.01

• The TRC per token is always rounded up in the final calculation.

The TR-Factor in the app

We break it down transparently within the Tradar app to demystify the TR factor. In the 'Games' tab of each player, at the bottom of the section, you'll find the individual TR factor of that player.

In the Match Performance section, you can view the performance score calculated by our rating system. Below that, the TR factor is listed again, and ultimately, the TRC distribution per acquired player token is displayed.

You can see the individual components by clicking on the info button next to the TR factor, making it easy to understand how it's calculated.

The league affiliation and signing price components are multiplied together to obtain the TR factor, which is then multiplied by the performance score.
