Last updated 1 year ago

A Player Token on Tradar is an officially licensed digital asset of a football player, representing rights to the name and image for Tradar's licensed application. The Player Token is issued as an ERC-20 (Fungible Token or FT).

Tradar is not an NFT project

Tradar holds exclusive rights for the issuance and trading of Player Tokens. The Player Tokens are classified as crypto assets under German law. All Player Tokens are recorded on the blockchain, ensuring that all transactions remain transparent, traceable, and immutable at all times.

Tokens represent the players

A Player Token is directly tied to the market value and performance of the football player it represents. By investing in it, you are investing in the current value and the future expected performance that the respective player delivers for their club.

You might wonder what happens when players retire or change clubs? More about Player Tokens can be found in our .
